4.0 The Bidder would be required to register in the website. First time users are
required toregister themselves on NTPC tender website after filling up the
required details. Users whose e mail address has not been linked to a vendor
code allotted by NTPC/ first time users not allotted any vendor code by NTPC,
should send a copy of the registration details, after completing their registration
on the e-tender portal, to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address
for Communication with following details at least three working days prior to
Technical Opening Date:
i. Request on the letter head of the Company
ii. Copy of GST Registration,
iii. Copy of PAN no.,
iv. email ID and Contact No.
v. Name and Designation of the contact person
vi. Cancelled cheque & E.F.T form duly verified by bank
Note: Format of E.F.T (Electronic Fund Transfer) is attached along with bidding
documents
5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
The scope of work shall be supply of transformer oil (iec:60296) for NTPC stations /
plants against their individual firm orders. These site orders shall be placed by the
respective site as per their requirement as and when required during the period
tentatively from 20.12.2018 to 19.12.2019.
The sum of the total quantity of order from NTPC sites shall be 400 KL. NTPC do not
guarantee any off take of item covered in the Rate Contract. However, the total quantity
under this rate contract may increase by 20% of ordered quantity i.e. 400 KL.
6.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the satisfactory fulfillment of the requirements stipulated under section
ITB (Instructions to Bidders), the following shall also apply.
6.1 The bidder should be a manufacturer of Transformer Oil
AND
6.2 The bidder should have tested / got tested Transformer Oil, as per IEC: 60296, at a
laboratory accredited by National / International accreditation agency not earlier
than 02 years as on date of techno-commercial bid opening
