Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail:

Annual Maintenance work at st-1 Ash Dyke & Seepage water pump house(SWPH).

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Talcher Super Thermal Power Station is a Unit of NTPC, in Kaniha block under Talcher

sub- division of Angul district of ODISHA.

Nearest Town : Talcher 26 KMs

Nearest Railway Station : Talcher 29 KMs

Nearest Airport : Bhubaneswar 180 KMs

INSTALLED CAPACITY

STAGE-I : 2 Units each 500 MW = Total 1000 MW STAGE-II : 4 Units each 500

MW = Total 2000 MW Solar-10MW

Qualifying Requirements for

Bidders:

In addition to satisfactory fulfilment of the Qualifying requirements stipulated in section ITB

(instruction to bidders) of bid documents, the bidder should also meet the qualifying requirements

stipulated hereunder:

TECHNICAL CRITERIA

1.1

The bidder must have completed /executed- similar works during last seven (07) years

ending last day of month previous to the date of NIT having minimum order values as indicated

below:

a) One order of value not less than b9 39.47 Lakh

b) Two orders, each of value not less than b9 24.67 Lakh

c) Three orders, each of value not less than b919.73 Lakh

Similar Work Means: Civil Maintenance/Miscellaneous civil works.

FINANCIAL CRITERIA

2.1

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years

of NIT shall not be less than b9 49.33 Lakh.

NOTES :

(i) The work / order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria spcified in

the QR, even if the total contract/order is not completed/closed. In case of contract/order

under execution as on last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT,

the value of work/order executed till such date will be considered.

(ii) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

(iii) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno

Commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practising

chartered accountant shall be acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the

Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the

audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year of

NIT shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate

would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding

documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on the date

of Tech-Commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

directly through NTPC eProcurement Portal, https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

Tender documents are non-transferable. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose

name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the NIT without assigning

any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim

arising out of such action.
