Installation and commissioning of Degassed Cation Conductivity Analysers for Stage- 1 to 5

of NTPC Vindhyachal as per Scope of Work mentioned hereinafter.

2.0 Brief Scope of Work

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Packing and forwarding, Inland transportation, Transit

Insurance, Local Delivery, Installation & Commissioning, Testing, Inspection and Warrantee

of the Degassed Cation Conductivity Analysers.

The detailed scope and description of work covered under this package has been specified

4.0 All bids must be accompanied by Tender Fees (Cost of Bidding documents) and Bid

Security. Bid Security & Tender Fees shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately

offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below.

Any bid without an acceptable Tender Fees (Cost of Bidding documents) & Bid Security shall

be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

5.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Technical Criteria:

installed and commissioned successfully degassed cation conductivity analyzers

during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to one in which

techno-commercial bid opening was originally scheduled as any of the following.

- Single order value not less than INR Rs. 147.04 lakhs

OR

-Two orders each of value not less than INR Rs. 91.90 lakhs

OR

- Three orders each of value not less than INR Rs. 73.52 lakhs

• The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the

b) In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of

a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case,

Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant

certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial

years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the

financial parameters.

6.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the

required details. Users whose email address has not been linked to a vendor code allotted

by NTPC/ first time users not allotted any vendor code by NTPC, should send a copy of the

registration details to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address for

Communication with following details at least three working days prior to Last day of tender

fee payment :

a) Request on the letter head of the Company

b) Copy of GST Registration Certificate,

c) Copy of PAN Card,

d) Email ID and Contact No.

e) Name and Designation of the contact person

f) Cancelled cheque & E.F.T form duly verified by bank

Bidder shall furnish Bid Security,tender fee and Power of attorney separately offline as

detailed in Bidding Documents by the Stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the

address given below.

9.0 Bidder is requested to submit Nil Deviation Certificate (Duly signed and stamped).
