PROCUREMENT OF IP BASED CCTV SYSTEM IN MAIN PLANT AND COAL

HANDLING PLANT AREA OF SINGRAULI SUPER THERMAL POWER STATION

(SSTPS) UNDER MEGA R&M

1. NTPC invites on-line bids on Single stage Two envelope basis from eligible

bidders for above said package as per the Scope of Work briefly mentioned

hereinafter.

2. BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of Work covers the following:

Site survey, design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, quality check, packing,

supply, transportation, transit insurance, local delivery, receipt, unloading, handling,

storage at site, cabling, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV system with

its associated peripherals and Network equipments, and also include documentation,

warranty, annual maintenance and training of Owner’s personnel for the said CCTV

system.

3. NTPC Intends to finance the subject work through own resource.

4. Detailed specification, scope of work and terms & conditions are given in the bidding

documents, which are available for examination and sale at the address given below

and as per the following schedule:

Bidder shall submit the Demand Draft towards the cost of Bid Document / Tender Fee alongwith

the envelope containing the Bid Security. However, Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)

registered with District Industries Centers or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi

and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or

Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small

and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered,

shall be issued the bid documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest

Money Deposit//Bid Security.

2. Demand Draft can be prepared in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Shaktinagar and

shall be submitted alongwith the documents being submitted to NTPC in Hard copies

as mentioned in ITB/BDS, else Bid shall not be opened by NTPC.

Bid Security & Tender Fee shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline

by the stipulated bid submission

Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by

the employer and shall not be opened.

6. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDERS

6.1

The Bidder should be an IP based CCTV camera manufacturer / authorized

system integrator.

6.2

The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned IP based

CCTV system, having at least 10 Nos. CCTV cameras at a single plant/

location, during the last Seven (7) years ending last day of the month

previous to the date of bid opening, having minimum order values as

indicated below:

(a)

Three executed / completed works contracts as above, of value not less than

Rs. 97.69 Lakh each.

(b)

Two executed/completed works contracts as above, of value not less than

Rs. 122.11 Lakh each.

(c)

One executed/completed work contract as above, of value not less than Rs.

195.37 Lakh.

6.3

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03)

completed financial years ending with Financial year 2017-18 shall not be

less than Rs. 244.22 Lakh

Note: Authorized system integrator means that the vendor should have

authorization letter from OEM for participating in the above said case.

7. NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the IFB for

subject Package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no

bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

8. Issuance of bid documents to any bidder shall not construe that such bidder is

considered to be qualified. Bids shall be submitted and opened at the address

given below in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the

bid opening.

9. Transfer of Bidding Documents purchased by one intending Bidder to another is

not permissible.
