NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

Supply, Installation and commissioning of 60 KW (2 nos of 30 KW) Roof Top Solar Plant

(Domestic Competitive Bidding)

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

2.0 Brief Details

Qualifying Requirement for: Supply, Installation and commissioning of 60 KW (2 nos of 30 KW) Roof Top Solar Plant at NTPC –ANTA

1.0

1.1 The Bidder should be MNRE empaneled channel partner for solar PV System with MNRE assigned Category / Rating “A” for Solar PV Systems as on date of bid opening.

AND

1.2 Vendor has supplied, installed and commissioned Roof top solar plants and having minimum experience of installation of 30KW or more Roof top Solar Plant. Vendor should submit work completion and satisfactory operation or acceptance certificate (from beneficiary).

2.0 The Bidder should have successfully executed any one of the following similar work during the preceding seven (7) years from date of techno commercial bid opening:

i) One similar order valuing not be less than Rs. 26.40 Lacs

OR

ii) Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 16.50 Lacs

OR

iii) Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 13.20 Lacs

3.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on date of Techno- commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 33.00 Lacs.

4.0 All material supplied by the bidder under this contract have been tested by Govt. Approved test Laboratory and having specifications as per IS mentioned in Technical Specification.

Note:

A. “Similar works” means Supply, Installation and commissioning of Solar PV System of minimum 30 lWp.

B. The word “Executed” mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/ closed and same shall be supported by documentary evidence in the form of verified and paid bills letter from owners etc.

D. In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno–commercial proposal As certified by the client shall be considered.

E. While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.

F. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year not available certification of financial statement from a Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
