NTPC invites online bids on SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE BIDDING BASIS (i.e. Cover-I: Techno-

Commercial Bid, Tender Fee & EMD and Cover-II: Price Bid) from eligible bidders for aforesaid

package.

Bids shall be received up to date and time as specified in portal / NIT. Techno-Commercial Bid Titled Envelope- I

(Cover type Fee & Cover type Technical) shall be opened on date and time as specified in portal / NIT. Date and

Time for opening of Price Bid Titled Envelope-II (Cover type Price) shall be intimated separately after opening of

Techno-Commercial Bid.

All corrigenda, addenda, amendments, time extensions or clarifications etc to the NIT will be hoisted on below

website only. Bidders should regularly visit website to keep themselves updated.

As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, “Techno-

Commercial Proposal” in Cover Type Technical and “Price Proposal” in Cover Type

Price (in excel file), within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on

e-tendering portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. Only Techno-Commercial proposals will

be opened on aforementioned date

.

The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC

after completion of evaluation of Techno-Commercial Proposal.

All the bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount equivalent to

Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh only). Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Cost

of Bidding Documents shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not

be opened and will be rejected

.

The EMD (DD/BC/BG) in Original shall be submitted in a sealed envelope before

the stipulated bid submission closing date and time.

Qualifying requirements:

The Qualifying Requirements shall be as per Clause No. 9.0 of Special Purchase Conditions

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any

claim arising out of such action.

Note: No hard copy of Bidding Documents shall be issued
