Eligibility Criteria

The Applicant / bidder has to fulfill the following: -

A. The age of the applicant / bidder should be more than 18 years as on 01/10/18.

 The applicant has to submit self-attested copy of either of the following documents:

i. Driving license

ii. Aadhar Card

iii. Certificate issued by recognized Educational Board (X

/ XII

)

iv. Voter ID / Electoral card

B. The applicant / bidder should be Domicile of Chhattisgarh State

 The bidder should submit self-attested copy of domicile certificate issued by

authority not below the Tehsildar.

C. The applicant should not be “an employee or spouse of employee” of Central Government /

State Government / Public Sector Unit.

D. The applicant/bidder for shop at sl.no. 5(i.e Chemist & Druggist-Medicine Shop) should

possess a valid Retail Drug Licence issued by the appropriate authority to run a general

pharmacy.

E. Applicant should submit address proof

 Self-attested copy of either of the following documents should be submitted: - Ration

card / driving license / Telephone (Land Line) / Electricity bills / Rent Agreement /

Passport / Voter ID Card.

F. Bidder / applicant should submit the affidavit as per enclosed Annexure-F, duly attested by

notary.

Evaluation of every offer is subject to submission & validity of documents for fulfillment of

eligibility criteria.

NIA Conditions

1. Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request (cost of bid document to be

made by a crossed demand draft / pay order / banker's cheque in favour of NTPC SAIL

POWER COMPANY LIMITED payable at Bhilai) for issue of bid documents without prima-

facie examination of their evaluation status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean

that bidders are considered qualified. Tender document fee will not be refunded. Request

for tender documents received after the last date as mentioned above due to delays

postal/courier services shall not be entertained.

2. Complete set of bidding documents are also available on NTPC website

www.ntpctender.com Prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids

after tendering the cost of bidding documents directly on the website.

3. NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder

shall have any claim arising out of such action.

4. Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and

the site conditions.

5. If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the

date will be shifted to the next working day.
