commercial Bid & Envelope-II: Price Bid) for “Biennial Maintenance Contract of Transformers, 
Plant PA System, Maintenance of 11 KV Overhead Lines, Maintenance of HT/LT electrical work 
associated with 11 KV Construction Power Ring Main and Sub-Stations and Round the shift 
operation of 132/11 KV construction power switchyard” At NTPC Rihand

IV. Qualifying Requirement: 
(Bidders are required to furnish the details of the past experience like authentic Work Orders/Purchase Orders/Letter of 
Awards/Contract Agreements, client certificates, completion certificate, Turnover of preceding three financial years etc. in support of 
meeting the Qualifying Requirements based on which selection is to be made as per format at Attachment 3. of Sec. VII) 
 
Qualifying requirement is mentioned below: 
 
1.  Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on 
the date of bid opening should not be less than Rs.50.97 lacs. 
 
2.  The bidder should have executed the work of Electrical maintenance / overhauling/ 
erection and Commissioning of following in a power plant : 
Transformers of minimum 0.5 MVA / Switchgear (LT/HT) / Switchyard (minimum 132 
KV) / Generator / other electrical equipments during the last 7(seven) years ending last 
day of the month previous to bid opening date, with either of the following executed 
value(s) of the contract(s): 
a)  Three orders of value not less than Rs.40.77 lacs each. 
                                        OR 
b)  Two orders of value not less than Rs.50.97 lacs each. 
                                        OR 
c)  Single order of value not less than Rs. 81.55 lacs. 
 
3.  The bidder should have independent PF code No. allotted by Regional Provident Fund 
Commissioner along with GST registration Number and valid “A” Class Electrical license. 
Note: 
1.   The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified 
in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
