EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR RENTING OUT/LEASING OUT SPACE AT RANCHI TO NTPC LTD.
NTPC, A Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, under the Ministry of Power, GOI is seeking expression
of interest from parties willing to rent out their premises at Ranchi, for setting up of its office and
Gust Houses. The requirement is as under:

Approximate floor area requirement of 8,000 to 10,000 sq.ft. are which can be converted to
office accommodation.
The owner should have clear title of the property and should be without encumbrances/
litigation.
The building should comply with all statutory requirements / clearance from the appropriate
authorities.
The building should be suitably located at a convenient location within the Municipal limits of
Ranchi with good road connectivity and easy access to Airport/Railway Station.

There should be parking space available for minimum 20 vehicles.

The building should have proper round the clock DG power back-up and water supply, fire-
fighting system, water supply for 24 hrs along with other related safety arrangements.

The aesthetic look, location, and associated facilities available with the space offered will be
given due consideration while finalizing the property.
The owner should be willing to enter into a long term agreement (Minimum 5 years) with NTPC
for renting out / leasing the property.

Building likely to be completed in the next 2-3 months can also be considered.
Interested parties are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, in the enclosed format, along
with copies of all documents, like architectural drawings indicatingfloor plans with dimensions, ,
available electrical power connection, wash rooms (separate for Gents/ Ladies) permissions and
clearances, ownership documents, certificate or incorporation in case the owner is a company, and all
other relevant documents. Quotation should be inclusive of AC charges as well as without AC charges,
back-up power, parking for 20 vehicles, lift with back-up power, fire fighting arrangements. NOC for
making office set up is a must. EOI may be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand or by post/ courier
so as to reach the following address during working hours (Monday to Friday) from 10:30 am to 04:30
