QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
a)The bidder should be a Manufacturer OR Authorized Supplier, having supplied Grid connected Solar Inverter of 500 KWp OR above, DC Input >=500V and AC Output >=345V.
AND
The offered model should be type tested design and manufacture/ supplier should submit type test report for the same.
b)The bidder should have supplied and successfully commissioned at least one number of such equipment as specified at Sl.No. ‘a’ above, during last 7 years meeting any one of the following criteria as on the bid opening date :
•Single Order of Rs 17.60 Lakhs
•Two Orders of Rs. 11.00 Lakhs each
•Three Orders of Rs. 8.80 Lakhs each
c)The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years i.e.
2.0The tenders shall be called on two part single stage bidding basis. Envelope one containing EMD, QR documents, technical bid and commercial terms & conditions excluding price bid, shall be opened on due date of opening. Envelope two containing only price bid shall be opened at a later date which will be informed to such vendors who meet QR and technical specifications.
