. NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of

work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance, as no clarification

shall be permitted after clarification end date.

. Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope

separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address

given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable)

shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder

Bidder from our NIC Portal (https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app). Tender fee (non-

refundable) of requisite value is to be paid in a separate envelope up to the time of

scheduled Technical BOD in the form of Pay order / demand draft / Bankers cheque in

favour of NTPC Limited, from any of Nationalized or Scheduled Bank, payable at

Vindhyanagr/ Singrauli/ Waidhan of MP of the cost of the documents. For logging on to

the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password, which can be obtained

by enrolling at GePNIC site. First time users not allotted any vendor code are advise to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document download/Sale Close date

along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code .

. Companies having MSME/NSIC registration as per MSME Act 2012 will exempted from

submission of EMD and TENDER FEE, however the MSME Certificate to be should be

submitted offline/Online before schedule bid opening date and time.

. Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable earnest money deposit (EMD) or tender fee

in a separate sealed envelope offline shall be rejected by the employer as being non-

responsive and returned to the bidder without being opened

. PERIOD OF CONTRACT.

Period of contract is 08 (Eight) months.

0.Qualifying Requirements:

(a) The average annual turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years as on

the date of bid opening should not be less than INR 81.31 Lakhs.

(b) The bidder should executed work(s) of “Civil Construction or Civil maintenance”, during last

seven years ending with bid opening date, with following executed value (s) of contracts.

Single order of value not less than Rs.65.05 Lakhs

Two orders each of value not less than Rs.40.66 Lakhs

Three orders each of value not less than Rs.32.52 Lakhs

Remarks:

•

Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno-commercial bid opening date.

•

The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the process specified in

the QR even if total contract is not completed/ closed.

•

In cases where audited results for the last financial year on the date of techno commercial

bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered

accountant shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

•

Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

11.Clarification on bidding documents:

Bidder can seek clarifications through e-mail or in hard copy up to the time specified as

mentioned in the bidding document.

The queries will be answered by NTPC and posted in the GePNIC Portal. The bidders can view

all queries and all answers once they are posted in the GePNIC Portal.

Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance as NO

CLARIFICATION SHALL BE PERMITTED AFTER CLARIFICATION END DATE.

12.Transfer of Bidding Documents purchased by one intending Bidder to another is not

permissible.
