TECHNICAL CRITERIA:
.1 The bidder should have executed/completed similar orders during last seven(7) years ending

last day of month previous to the date of NIT having minimum order values as indicated below:
a. One order of value not less than 16.00 Lakh
OR
b. Two orders, each of value not less than 10.00 Lakh
OR
c. Three orders, each of value not less than 8.00 Lakh
Similar order means: Works which includes painting of steel structures/ equipments
FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years
shall not be less than 20 Lakh.

NOTE:
(
i) The work / order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR,
even if the total contract/order is not completed/closed. In case of contract/order under execution as on
last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT, the value of work/order executed
till such date will be considered.
(ii) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(
iii) In cases where audited results of the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid
opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practising chartered accountant shall be
considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practising chartered
accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
