QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
A)Bidder should be a regular manufacturer of Air Intake Filter Cartridges of Gas Turbine and should have
a) An automatic pleating machine for pleating of filter media, b)Testing facilities as per AR AMCO
materials systems specifications No. 32-AMSS-008.
B) The value of such orders executed by the Bidders during last 07 years should be as follows:

Single Order of Rs 36.08 Lakh
Two Orders of Rs. 22.55 Lakh each
Three Orders of Rs. 18.04 Lakh each
C) The average annual turn over of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years shall not be less
than Rs. 45.10 Lakh.
The tenders shall be called on two part single stage bidding basis. Envelope one containing EMD, QR
documents, technical bid and commercial terms & conditions excluding price bid, shall be opened on
due date of opening. Envelope two containing only price bid shall be opened at a later date which will be
informed to such vendors who meet QR and technical specifications.
