QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR SELF PROPELLED ARTICULATING BOOM LIFT
(DIESELENGINE POWERED) FOR SWITCHYARD MAINTENANCE AT NTPC- FARIDABAD
1.0 Bidder must have fulfil the following qualifying requirements for the subject package.
a) The bidder must be a "Manufacturer OR duly Authorized Representative/ Supplier of the manufacturer" of
self-Propelled Articulating Boom Lift(Diesel Engine Powered) of capacity not less than 225KG and at least
16M or more Working height, suitable for working in Switchyard of 220KV OR above Voltage Rating.
b) The bidder must have after sales service support network in India of the self-propelled Articulating Boom
Lift(Disel Engine Powered). Documentary evidence to this effect must be submitted with the offer.
c) The bidder should have supplied and successfully commissioned at least one number of such
equipment as specified at Sl. No. ‘a’ above, during last 7 years meeting any one of the following
criteria as on the bid opening date:
Single Order of Rs 33.79 Lakhs
Two Orders of Rs. 21.12 Lakhs each
Three Orders of Rs. 16.90 Lakhs each
d) The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years i.e. 2015- 16, 2016-
17 & 2017- 18 shall not be less than Rs. 42.24 Lakhs.
2.0 The tenders shall be called on two part single stage bidding basis. Envelope one containing EMD, QR
documents, technical bid and commercial terms & conditions excluding price bid, shall be opened on due
date of opening. Envelope two containing only price bid shall be opened at a later date which will be
informed to such vendors who meet QR and technical specifications.
NOTE:-
a. The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in
the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.
b. Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turn over.
c. In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,
certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be
considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing
chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three
consecutive financial year’s preceeding the last financial year shall be considered for
evaluating the financial parameters.
d. Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above requirements
