NTPC invites online bids on SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE BIDDING BASIS (i.e. Cover-I:
Techno-
Commercial Bid, Tender Fee & EMD and Cover-II: Price Bid) from eligible bidders for
aforesaid
package.
Bids shall be received up to date and time as specified in portal / NIT. Techno-Commercial Bid Titled Envelope- I
(Cover type Fee & Cover type Technical) shall be opened on date and time as specified in portal / NIT. Date and
Time for opening of Price Bid Titled Envelope-II (Cover type Price) shall be intimated separately after opening of
Techno-Commercial Bid.
All corrigenda, addenda, amendments, time extensions or clarifications etc to the NIT will be hoisted on below

1.0 NTPC Limited invites online bids on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding basis

As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online,
“Techno-
Commercial Proposal” in Cover Type Technical and “Price Proposal” in Cover
Type
Price (in excel file), within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above

Only Techno-Commercial proposals
will
be opened on aforementioned date
.
The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by
NTPC
after completion of evaluation of Techno-Commercial
Proposal.
4.0 All the bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount equivalent to
Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh only).
Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Cost of Bidding Documents shall be treated as non-responsive by the
employer and shall not be opened and will be rejected
.
The EMD ( DD/BC/BG) in Original shall be submitted in a sealed envelope before the stipulated
bid submission closing date and time.
5.0 Qualifying requirements:
The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall meet the Qualifying Requirements
stipulated hereunder:
5.1 Technical Requirement
Ownership of minimum one no. Car / Jeep / Ambulance / Minibus / Bus with experience of
deploying at leas t one such ve h icle for minimum one year in a single contract during last seven
years ending as on the date of publication of NIT.
5.2 Financial Criteria:
(i) The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years 2015-16,
2016-17 & 2017-18 shall not be less than Rs. 25,94,232.00 Lacs (Rupees Twenty-Five Lacs Ninety Four
Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Two only).
(ii) Towards experience of having successfully executed *similar works during last seven years as on
the date of publication of NIT-
# Single Order of Rs. 20,75,385.60 OR
# Two Orders of Rs. 12,97,116.00 each, OR
# Three Orders of Rs. 10,37,692.80 each.
Note: *Similar works means deployment of Car / Jeep / Ambulance / Minibus / Bus.
5.3 General:
(i) The bidders should have a valid PAN, PF code and GST registration number.
(ii) Bidders must submit copies of executed work orders, completion certificates or other documents
based on which bidder claims qualification.
(iii) NTPC has the right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidder to execute the work
successfully.
6.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
7.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any
claim arising out of such action.
