3.0 Bid Security/EMD, in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated above shall be submitted prior
to stipulated bid submission, closing date and time at the address given herein below. If Bid Security
in hard copy, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which Bid Security of
inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not
be opened.
4.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the invitation for bids/IFB
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have
claim arising out of such action.
5.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment
(non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at 2.0 above in the form of a crossed
account Payee Demand Draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at SBI, NTPC Campus Branch, Br
Code – 10085
For logging on to the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password which can be
obtained after bidder enrollment on website: https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app.
6.0 Brief Scope of Work
SUCCESSFUL VENDOR HAS TO SUPPLY THE 2000MT PPC CEMENT AT NTPC BARH.
The detailed scope of work is given in the Bidding Documents which are available at our
https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app. site as per the schedule given above.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:
In addition to requirements stipulated under Section "Instructions To Bidders"(ITB), the
Bidder shall also meet the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:
FOR SUPPLY OF 2000 PPC CEMENT:
1. The Bidder should be a manufacturer of PPC Cement ,manufactured as per IS-1489(Part-1)
with atleast amendment (if any) and having valid BIS license.
2. The Average annual turnover(AATO) of the bidder in the preceding three(3)Financial years
as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.8937500/-

3.The bidder should have successfully executed purchase orders to meet either of the following
criteria during last seven years as on the date of the bid opening.
a) Three similar orders valuing not less than Rs 35.75 Lac each
OR
b) Two similar orders valuing not less than Rs 44.69 Lac each
OR
c) One similar orders valuing not less than Rs 71.50 Lac each
Note:
(i) Similar Order Means: Manufacturing and supply of PPC CEMENT.
(ii) Complete Order Value means: Value of actually executed portion of an order and not the
order value. Incase of purchase order under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of
purchase order carried out till date of Bid opening will be considered as the value of executed
order as certified by the client
(iii) Bidders should have valid GST registration Certificate.
(iv) The bidder must submit the following documents:
Details of order, proof of execution, audited balance sheet of last three years, GST registration,
PAN to establish their credentials in line with the qualifying requirements.
In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno-Commercial Bid
opening are not available,the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant
shall be considered acceptable . In case Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from
practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three
consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating
the financial parameters
