3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable), EMD and Tender Fee shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail: Procurement of Portable submersible dewatering

pump for ash slurry service as per attached technical specifications and M QP.

5.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Bidder should

a)Have an average annual turnover not less than ` 131 Lakhs during the last three (3) financial Years as on the date of bid opening.

b)Have manufactured or supplied Portable Submersible Pumps of

minimum rated capacity of 100 M3 /hr at 20 Mtr head during the last seven(07) years as on the date of bid opening with any of the following :

Single executed order of value not less than ` 104.80 Lakhs

Or

` 65.50 Lakhs each.

Two executed orders of value not less than

Or

` 52.40 Lakhs each.

Three executed orders value not less than

NOTE:

 

(i)Word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed and the same shall be supported by the

documentary evidence in the form of verified & paid bills, letter from owner, etc…

6.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

7.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
