Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance, as no clarification shall be permitted after clarification end date.
4.Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below.
5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder from our NIC Portal (https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app). Tender fee (non-refundable) of requisite value is to be paid in a separate envelope up to the time of scheduled Technical BOD in the form of Pay order / demand draft / Bankers cheque in favour of NTPC Limited, from any of Nationalized or Scheduled Bank, payable at Vindhyanagar/ Singrauli/ Waidhan of MP of the cost of the documents. For logging on to the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password, which can be obtained by enrolling at GePNIC site. First time users not allotted any vendor code are advised to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document download/Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code .
6.Companies having MSME/NSIC registration as per MSME Act 2012 will be exempted from submission of EMD and TENDER FEE, however the MSME Certificate should be submitted offline before scheduled bid submission end date and time.
7.Qualifying Requirements:
7.1Technical Criteria :
7.1.a. The average annual turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening should not be less than INR 2.1358 Cr.

7.1.b The bidder should have supplied at least two no. of oil free rotary compressors for Compressed Air System comprising of Compressors, Driers of capacity not less than 32NM3/Min. The bidders should have experience in erection & commissioning or supervision of erection & commissioning of above system.
7.1.c The intending bidder must have experience of having successfully executed work(s) of “Supply, Erection & Commissioning of Compressed Air System ” , directly under “PSU”/”Joint venture of PSU”/ “Govt. Department”/ “Quasi-Govt. department”/“Publi c Limited company”/ “Private limited company”, during last seven (07) years as on bid opening date, with following executed value (s) of contracts:
Executed value not less than Rs.1.708 Cr in a single contract.
Or
Executed value not less than Rs.1.068 Cr in two contracts each.
Or
Executed value not less than Rs.0.854 Cr in three contracts each.
Remarks:
∙The word “executed” means that the bidder should ha ve achieved the progress specified in the QR even if total contract is not completed / closed.
∙Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno commercial bid opening date.
8.Clarification on bidding documents:
Any queries/clarification may be asked by bidder in GePNIC portal only and no email queries/ clarifications will be entertained.
The queries will be answered by NTPC and posted in the GePNIC Portal. The bidders can view all queries and all answers once they are posted in the GePNIC Portal.
Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance as NO CLARIFICATION SHALL BE PERMITTED AFTER CLARIFICATION END DATE
