As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, “Techno- Commercial Proposal” in Cover type Technical and “Price Proposal” in Cover Type Price (in excel file), within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on

4.0All the bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount equivalent to

5.Qualifying requirements:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
5.1.1The bidder should have executed the job of Grouting work by Drilling/Boring of Grout holes of Diameter not less than 75mm.
5.1.2The bidder should have executed the civil works including Grouting work as per the following during the preceding seven ( 7) years reckoned as on date of Techno- Commercial bid opening.
a)One order of value not less than Rs. 315 Lakhs
OR
b)Two orders of value not less than Rs. 197 Lakhs each
OR
c)Three orders of value not less than Rs. 157 Lakhs each. Notes for clause 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above:
a.The Work “Executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as on date of techno commercial bid opening the, the value of work executed till such date will be considered provided the same certified by the employer.
5.2Financial Criteria:
5.2.1Average annual turnover of the Bidders, in the preceding three
(3)financial years as on the date of techno commercial bid opening, shall not be less than Rs. 394 Lakhs (Rupees Three
Hundred and Ninety Four lakhs only).
5.2.2In case the bidder is not able to furnish its audited financial statement on standalone entity basis, the unaudited

unconsolidated financial statement of the bidder can be considered acceptable provided the bidder furnishes the following further documents on substation of its qualification.
∙Copies of the unaudited unconsolidated financial statement of the bidder along with copies of the audited consolidated financial statement of the holding company.
∙A certificate from CEO/CFO of the holding company as per the format enclosed statement form part of the consolidated annual report of the company.
5.2.3In case where audited results for the last financial year as on date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on date of
Notes: a. other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
6.NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw IFB for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/ intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
7.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment
Note:No hard copy of Bidding Documents shall be issued
a)Small Scale Industries registered for similar work with the National Small Scale Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of tender cost / Earnest Money Deposit. SSI units registered with District Industries Center are also entitled for exemption of EMD / Tender Cost. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/ Ist Class Magistrate/ notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits,

failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession.
b)Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted from payment of Security Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC.
c)Bidders seeking exemption from EMD / Tender fee as per clause No. 31 of ITB should upload valid sacnned copy exemption certificate online in GepNIC in Tender fee / EMD folder.
8.0First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details.
