Nil deviation:Nil deviation certificate is to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope (online/ offline). In theabsence of this certificate the bid shall be rejected and shall be returned unopened.
3.0As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, “Techno- Commercial Proposal” in Cover type Technical and “Price Proposal” in Cover Type Price, within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on

4.0The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC after completion of evaluation of

5. Qualifying Requirements :
Following are the qualifying requirement for bidders who wish to participate in the bidding
5 .1 The bidder should have executed works of dredging with dredger (s) during the last seven (7) years with last date of the month of publication of NIT in either of the following:
a)Single order of value not less than Rs 92.55 Lakhs
OR
b)Two orders of value not less than Rs 57.85 Lakhs each
OR
c)Three orders of value not less than Rs 46.28 Lakhs each
Note: Work “Executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR, even if the total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as on month of publication of NIT, the value of work executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified by the employer.
5.2 Financial Criteria:
5.2.1 Average annual turnover of the bidders in the preceding three financial years as on date of
i.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
ii.In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing chartered accountant shall be acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of
5.3 The bidder shall have to submit the following documents in support of meeting the QR along with their bid:
1 The bidder to submit documentary evidence in support of cl 5.1 of QR
2.Copies of audited balance sheet and P&L account for preceding three (03) financial years in support of cl 5.2 of QR
5.4Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to undertake a physical assess the capabilities and capacity including financial capacity of the Bidder/ his collaborators/ associates/subsidiaries/group companies to perform

the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to assessment of the office/facilities/banker”s /reference work by employer. A negative determination of such assessment of capacity and capabilities may result in the rejection of the bid.
6.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment
Note: No hard copy of Bidding Documents shall be issued
7.0
a)Small Scale Industries registered for similar work with the National Small Scale Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of tender cost / Earnest Money Deposit. SSI units registered with District Industries Center are also entitled for exemption of EMD / Tender Cost. Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/ Ist Class Magistrate/ notarised, giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for this concession.
b)Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted from payment of Security Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC.
c)Bidders seeking exemption from EMD / Tender fee as per clause No. 31 of
ITB should upload valid sacnned copy exemption certificate online in GepNIC in Tender fee / EMD folder.
8.0First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details.

iv)Cancel cheque & E.F.T (to be verified by bank)
