1.0NTPC invites bids on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding basis
2.0Detailed scope of work, specifications and terms & conditions are given in the bidding documents which are available for examination and sale at the address given below as per the following schedule :

3.0All bids must be accompanied by EMD/Bid security for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-
(Indian Rupees Two Lacs only) in the form of DD/BG or as stipulated in bidding documents.
ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE EMD/BID SECURITY IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY THE EMPLOYER AS BEING
4.0QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDERS
1)The bidder should have designed, engineered and commissioned at least 01 no. of inert gas based fire suppression system using inert gas clean agent as defined in
2)The bidder must have executed work of fire protection system during last seven years as on date of techno commercial BID opening for either of the following values :
a)Three executed orders each costing not less than INR 44.65 lacs.
OR
b)Two executed orders each costing not less than INR 55.82 lacs.
OR
c)One executed order costing not less than INR 89.31 lacs
3)The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years ending on 31st March 2017/ 2018 should not be less than INR 111.63 Lacs.
Notes:
A.The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
B.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
C.In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening are not available , the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
4.1Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborators / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
5.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
6.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased/downloaded by any interested Bidder from http://www.eprocurentpc.nic.in on registration/enrollment on home page.
However, for submission of bids making of payment
