4.Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below.

5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder Bidder from our NIC Portal (https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app). Tender fee (non- refundable) of requisite value is to be paid in a separate envelope up to the time of scheduled Technical BOD in the form of Pay order / demand draft / Bankers cheque in favour of NTPC Limited, from any of Nationalized or Scheduled Bank, payable at Vindhyanagr/ Singrauli/ Waidhan of MP of the cost of the documents. For logging on to the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password, which can be obtained by enrolling at GePNIC site. First time users not allotted any vendor code are advise to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document download/Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code .

6. Clarification on bidding documents:

Any queries/clarification may be asked by bidder in GePNIC portal only and no email queries/ clarifications will be entertained.

The queries will be answered by NTPC and posted in the GePNIC Portal. The bidders can view all queries and all answers once they are posted in the GePNIC Portal.

Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance as NO CLARIFICATION SHALL BE PERMITTED AFTER CLARIFICATION END DATE

7. Qualifying Requirements:

(a)The bidder should have executed the work(s) of “Ere ction / Overhauling / Maintenance of Air Pre heater, and ID Fan / FD Fan / PA fan and Ball & Tube Mills (all three)” in a thermal power plant unit of 200 MW or above capacity during the last seven (07) years ending with bid opening date, with following value(s) of contract(s).

(i)Single order of value not less than Rs. 54 Lakhs.

(ii)Two orders each of value not less than Rs. 33.75 Lakhs

(iii)Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 27 Lakhs.

The bidder should have Executed the work(s) of “ere ction / overhauling / maintenance of Wet Flue Gas desulphurization plant” in a thermal power plant un it of 200 MW or above capacity, during the last seven (07) years ending with bid opening date, with following value(s) of contract(s) :

(i)Single order of value not less than Rs. 54 Lakhs.

(ii)Two orders each of value not less than Rs. 33.75 Lakhs

(iii)Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 27 Lakhs.

(b)The average annual turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening should not be less than INR 67.5 Lakhs.

Remarks:

∙Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno-commercial bid opening date.

∙The work “executed” means that the bidder should ha ve achieved the progress specified in the QR even if total contract is not completed / closed.

In case where audited results for the last financial year on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing chartered accountant shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
