Detailed Notice Inviting Applications for Pan NTPC Enlistment of Contractors

Important information related

to NIA

The earlier enlistment for Contract Enlistment Group,EMD-04, for the

job of Miscellaneous Cabling works for O&M of Power Stations shall

not be valid after 30.11.2018. Hence all the contractors who are

already enlisted and new contractors those who want to get enlisted

for this CEG have to submit applications online through CPC portal

www.vendor.ntpc.co.in on or before 29.06.2018. The QR for this CEG

has been changed and the applications shall be evaluated with respect

to new QR. All prospective contractors are requested to go through the

detailed NIA and submit online applications on or before due date

without fail.

The scope of work,QR and other information are as

mentioned at page no: 2 & 3 below.

Misc. Cabling Contract for Power Plant

Brief scope of work

1. LV/MV/HV Cables Laying - Cables transporting, laying in new /existing

cable trays, trays in trenches, underground, cable galleries, pipes, ducts

with proper cleaning , saddling, supporting etc., cables termination, Cables

jointing, cable fault detection, cables dressing, cables dismantling, cable

tray replacement / cleaning, Cable tagging.

2. Contractor has to take proper safety precaution.

3. All necessary tools and tackles to be arranged by contractor

4. Other details shall be given in subsequent tender documents.

Technical Qualifying

requirements

1. The applicant should have valid electrical license to work up to 11 KV.

2. The applicant should have executed the work of cabling in industrial

establishment.

3. The applicant should have executed at least two-cable jointing /end

termination of 6.6 KV/11KV cables within same PO during last five years

from the date of application.

6 Additional Documents

to be submitted

In addition to the documents required in support of meeting technical

requirements as stated above, following documents are required to be

submitted by the Applicants applying for enlistment:-

1. Three POs with BOQ of the highest executed values of similar work

during previous five years from the date of application and Copy of

Completion Certificate /RA Bill/ final deviation statement from the

concerned client in support of successful execution of jobs against each

of the POs to be submitted.

2. Audited balance sheet including Profit & Loss statement for the

previous three completed financial years reckoned from the date of

application. In case the audited documents are not ready / available,

then certified copy by a registered practicing Chartered accountant

may be submitted.

3. NSIC / SSI / MSME/ESIC registration certificate ( if applicable)

4. PF and GST registration certificate

5. Any other documents in addition to the above which the

applicant wants to submit.

7 Notes

1. Similar work means: The works of cabling and associated

jobs in any industrial establishment. The overall executed value of

any composite PO involving electrical maintenance/erection work &

including work of cabling in industrial establishments shall also

be considered for calculation of executed value.

2. Value means basic value (excluding taxes) of the P.O. pertaining to

executed similar work. Where P.O. value is composite, the applicant

should have to give break-up of Composite PO value mentioning Basic Value,

taxes etc.
