QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
1.1 The bidder should have the experience of painting of Chimney/ Boiler/ Tanks/ Vessels/ Pipes/
Structures/ Buildings in power plants/ other industries during last 07 years as on the date of BID
opening , for either of the following values:
a. Single (1) order of contract value not less than Rs. 25.51 Lakh
OR
b. Two (2) orders, each of contract value not less than Rs. 15.94 Lakh
OR
c. Three (3) orders, each of contract value not less than Rs. 12.75 Lakh
2.0 The average Annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (3) completed financial years
as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 31.89 Lakh.
3.0 NTPC reserves the right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidder for carrying out
painting work at height which involves taking necessary safety arrangements for the manpower
working at height.
NOTE:-
The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified
in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.
Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turn over.
In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,
certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be
considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from
practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of
three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for
evaluating the financial parameters.
Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above requirements
