QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT OF SODIUM MOLYBDATE DIHYDRATE
The bidder must be a manufacture or dealer of Sodium Molybdate industrial grade. The bidder
is required to produce documentary evidence for having supplied Sodium Molybdate industrial
type to Govt/ Semi- Govt/ PSU/ Power or process sector companies.
1. The bidder should have successfully executed the work specified at (1) during last 7 years
meeting any one of the following criteria as on the bid opening date:
Three similar orders executed each costing not less than INR 6.72 Lakh
OR
Two similar orders executed each costing not less than INR 8.4 Lakh
OR
One similar order executed each costing not less than INR 13.44 Lakh
2. Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during preceding three financial years as
on the date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 16.80 Lakh only.
A. The bidder has to submit all the documentary support for above requirement.
However the following conditions shall also be considered as a part of QR:
The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified
in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed
Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turn over
In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,
certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be
considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing
chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three
consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for
evaluating the financial parameters.
NTPC has right to assess the capability & capacity of the bidder for executing the said
work
