3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed

envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date

and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security

and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the

employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 The bidding document is available online. A complete set of Bidding Documents

may be downloaded by any interested Bidder from the NTPC tender website

https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

5.0 The Bidder would be required to register in the website. First time users are

required to register themselves on NTPC tender website after filling up the

required details. Users whose email address has not been linked to a vendor code

allotted by NTPC/ first time users not allotted any vendor code by NTPC, should

send a copy of the registration details, after completing their registration on the

etender portal, to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address for

Communication with following details at least three working days prior to

Technical Opening Date:

i. Request on the letter head of the Company

ii. Copy of GST Registration,

iii. Copy of PAN no.,

iv. email ID and Contact No.

v. Name and Designation of the contact person

vi. Cancelled cheque & E.F.T form duly verified by bank

6.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of work includes:

The scope of work for this bid shall include SAP BW Design & Development, Data

Modeling, Implementation and Roll-out of SAP BW reports.

Enhancement of the structures will be part of the rollout activity.

The development shall be carried onsite at NTPC, Noida.

The present platform is SAP BW 7.5, EP: SAP NetWeaver 7.5, and SAP ECC 6.6.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Technical Criteria:

7.1 The Bidder should be a authorized partner of SAP and listed on SAP website as a

partner in India as on seven days prior to the date of opening of Techno-

commercial bid.

7.2 The bidder should have executed any of the following where the scope of work

executed includes SAP ERP/SAP BW implementation in India in the preceding 7

(seven) Years as on the date opening of Techno-Commercial proposal :

One Work of value not less than Rs. 35 Lakh (Rupees Thity five only)

Two works of value not less than Rs. 22 Lakh (Rupees Twenty two lakh only) each

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 18 Lakh (Rupees Eighteen lakh only) each

Note:

2.1 The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria

specified even if the total contract is not completed / closed. However, SAP

ERP/SAP BW implementation must be included in the work executed as per

client certificate.

2.2 In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of

techno-commercial bid opening as certified by the Employer shall be

considered.

7.3 Financial Criteria:

7.3.1 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial

years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than

Rs. 44 lakh (Rupees Forty four only).

7.3.2 In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year as on the date

of opening of Techno commercial bid are not available, certification of financial

statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered

acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing

Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of

three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be

considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be

required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents

stating that the Financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of

Techno‐commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

Note:

Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is

considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the

subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no

bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
