5.0 QualifyingRequirements(QR):‐

Thebidderswhowishtoparticipateinthebiddingshallsatisfactorilyestablishthattheyfulfil

thefollowingQualifyingRequirements.

5.1TechnicalCriteria:

The Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer of 415 V LT Distribution Board

 and

should have executed the supply order(s) of 415 V LT Distribution Board during the last

seven(07)yearsendingas on date of techno commercial bid openingineitherofthefollowing:

b) TwoordersofvaluenotlessthanRs98.80Lakhseach.

c) ThreeordersofvaluenotlessthanRs79.04Lakhseach.

Note:Theword“executed'' meansthebiddershouldhaveachievedthe criterionspecifiedin

theQR,evenifthetotalcontractisnotcompleted/closed.Incaseofcontractsunderexecution

asondateoftechnocommercialbidopening,thevalueofworkexecutedtillsuchdatewillbe

consideredprovidedthesameiscertifiedbytheemployer.

5.2Financialcriteria:

5.2.1 TheaverageannualturnoveroftheBidderintheprecedingthree(3)financialyears

asondateoftechno commercial bid opening shallnotbelessthan197.60Lakh[Rupees

OnehundredninetysevenlakhssixtythousandOnly].

5.2.2 Incasethebidderisnotabletofurnishitsauditedfinancialstatementsonstandalone

entitybasis,theunauditedunconsolidatedstatementsofthebiddercanbeconsidered

acceptableprovidedthebidderfurnishesthefollowingfurtherdocumentsonsubstantiation

ofitsqualification.

 Copiesoftheunauditedunconsolidatedfinancialstatementsofthebidder

alongwithcopiesoftheauditedconsolidatedfinancialstatementsofthe

HoldingCompany.

 AcertificatefromtheCEO/CFOoftheHoldingcompanyaspertheformat

enclosedinthebiddocumentsstatingthattheunauditedunconsolidated

financialstatementsformpartoftheconsolidatedannualreportofthe

company.

5.2.3 Incasewhereauditedresultsforthelastfinancialyearasondateoftechnocommercial

bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing chartered

accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit

certificatefrompracticingcharteredaccountantcertifyingitsfinancialparameters,the

auditedresultsofthreeconsecutivefinancialyearsprecedingthelastfinancialyearshall

be considered for  evaluating the financial parameters. Further a certificate would be

requiredfromtheCEO/CFOaspertheformatenclosedinthebiddingdocumentsstating

that the financial results of the company are under audit as on da

te of techno

commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing chartered accountant

certifyingthefinancialparametersisnotavailable.

5.2.4 Whilecomputingtheannualturnover,otherincomeshallnotbeconsidered.

6.0Notwithstandinganythingstatedabove,theEmployerreservestherighttoundertakea

physicalassessmentofcapacity&c

apabilitiesincludingfinancialcapacity&capabilityof

the bidder/his collaborator(s)/associate(s)/subsidiary(ies)/group company(ies) to

performthecontract,shouldthecircumstanceswarrantsuchassessmentintheoverall

interestoftheemployer.Thephysicalassessmentshallincludebutnotbelimitedtothe

assessment of the office/facilities/banker’s/reference works by employer. A negative

determinationofsuchassessmentofcapa

cityandcapabilitiesmayresultinrejectionof

bid.
