NTPC invites online bids on SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE BASIS (i.e. Cover-I: Techno-
Commercial Bid & Tender Fee/EMD and Cover-II: Price Bid) from eligible bidders for aforesaid
package.
The estimated cost for the package is INR 153.40 Lakhs
Bid documents shall be downloaded from 21.05.2018 to 11.06.2018.
Bids shall be received up to 1530 HRS (IST) on 11.06.2018. Techno-Commercial bid (Envelope- I/
Cover type fee & Cover type Technical) shall be opened on the 13.06.2018 at 1600 HRS (IST).
Date for opening of Price Bid (Envelope-II/Cover type Price) shall be intimated separately after
opening of Techno-Commercial Bid (Envelope-I/ Cover type fee & Cover type Technical).

within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on e-tendering portal https://
eprocurentpc.nic.in. Only Techno-Commercial propos
als will be opened on 13.06.2018 at
16.00 hrs (IST).
4.0 The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC after
completion of evaluation of Techno-Commercial Proposal.
5.0 अहकारी मापदड Qualifying Requirement
Following are the qualifying requirement for bidders who wish to participate in the bidding
5.1 The Bidder should have successfully executed Contract for unloading of coal
Transported through BOBR/BOXN rakes in thermal power station as per following within the
preceding seven (7) years from date of techno-commercial bid opening.
a) One order of value not less than INR 136.35 Lakhs
OR
b)Two orders of value not less than INR 85.22 Lakhs each
OR
c)Three orders of value not less than INR 68.17 Lakhs each
5.2 Financial Criteria:
5.2.1 Average annual turnover of the bidders in the preceding three financial years as on
date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 170.44 lakhs.
5.2.2 In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno
commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing
chartered accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit
the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the
audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be
considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required
from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the
financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid
opening and the Certificate from the practising Chartered Accountant certifying the financial
parameters is not available.
NOTE:Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
6.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder
and cost of the documents (non-refundable) as mentioned above may be paid in the
form of a crossed account payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at
Raipur (C.G.) and same may be submitted along with the Offline bid (Physical bid)
(as per clause 17 of ITB). For logging on to the etender Site, the bidder would require
user id and and Password which can be created at our etender and inform the same
to concerned package co-ordinator. First time users not allotted any vendor code are
required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close

of Security Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered
with NSIC.

Offline bid (Physical bid) as per ITB clause no-17 on or before last date of bid
submission

Fee.
8.0 First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least
three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details.
