The bidders are requested to send the tender fee and EMD

well in advance to be received in the NTPC, Raipur office

before the scheduled bid submission end date failing which

the bid shall be liable for rejection.

Bidders seeking exemption from EMD / Tender fee as per

clause No. 4.0 of ITB should upload photocopy of valid

exemption certificate in GepNIC in Tender fee / EMD

folder.

3.0ThedateofopeningofPriceProposalshallbeintimatedseparatelybyNTPCaftercompletionof

evaluationofTechno‐CommercialProposal.

4.0 AllthebidsmustbeaccompaniedbyTenderfee&BidSecurity.

ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE TENDER FEE & BID SECURITY IN A

SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY NTPC AS BEING NON-RESPONSIVE.

5.0QualifyingRequirements:Thebiddersarerequiredtofulfilthefollowing:

5.1 The bidder should be a manufacturer or authorized supplier of FRP Ladders of minimum 10 feet

height. The bidder should have executed the supply order during the last seven (07) years ending

with the last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT in either of the following:

a)Single order of value not less than Rs. 43.05 Lakh.

b)Two orders of value not less than Rs. 26.91 Lakh each.

c)Three orders of value not less than Rs. 21.53 Lakh each.

The word executed means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the above

QR, even if the total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as

on last date of the. month preceding the month of publication of NTT, the value of work

executed till such date will be considered provided the same is ce1iified by the employer.

5.2Financialcriteria:

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the

last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT shall not be less than Rs. 53.81

Lakh [Rupees Fifty Three Lakh Eighty One Thousand Only].

(i) While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.

(ii) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno commercial

bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall

be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate

from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per

the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are

under audit as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate

from the practicing chartered accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

6.0TheBiddershallhavetosubmitthefollowingdocumentsinsupportofmeetingtheQRalong

withtheirbid:

  6.1     The bidder to submit documentary evidence in support of Clause 5.1 of QR.  6.2

Copies of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the preceding

three(3)financialyearsinsupportofClause5.2ofQR.

7.0Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the

capabilities and capacity of the Bidder/ his collaborators/ associates/subsidiaries/group

companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in

theoverallinterestoftheEmployer.

The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to the assessment of the

office/facilities/ banker’s/ reference works by Employer. A negative determination of such

assessmentofcapacityandcapabilitiesmayresultintherejectionoftheBid.


