3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed
envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and
time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid
Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-
responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.
4.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail: Procurement of MS ERW Pipes
as per attached technical specifications and QP.

5.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Bidder should
a) Have an average annual turnover not less than ₹ 80.86 Lakhs during the last three
(3) financial years as on the date of bid opening.
b) Be a manufacturer or authorized dealer of MS ERW pipes.
c) Have executed order(s) for supply of MS ERW pipes to any industrial utility/
organization during the last seven (7) years as on the date of bid opening with any
of the following:
Single executed order of value not less than ₹ 64.69 Lakhs
OR
Two executed orders of value not less than ₹ 40.43 Lakhs each
OR
Three executed orders valuing not less than ₹ 32.34 Lakhs each
NOTE:
(i) Word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified
in the QR even if the total contract is not completed and the same shall be
supported by the documentary evidence in the form of Verified & paid bills, letter
from owner, etc…
6.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that
bidder is considered qualified.
7.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for
the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case
no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
