3.0 Bid Security and letter of undertaking shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated

bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and

Letter of Undertaking shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested Bidder on payment (non-

refundable) of the cost of bid documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand

draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at ANTA/KOTA in RAJASTHAN.

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

However the firms registered with MSEs and NSIC are exempted from furnishing Cost of Tender

Document.

Cash payment/money order will not be accepted. Requests received after the last date as mentioned, Due

to delays of postal/courier services or requests without requisite cost of tender documents shall Not be

entertained.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Deployment of 28-32 seater Bus between NTPC Anta, Baran & Kota.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of

bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Bidders should meet the QRs stipulated here under:

1.0 The bidder should have successfully executed contract for deployment on hiring basis of four-

wheeler Passenger Vehicles used for transportation/commutation work, like Bus/Mini-Bus/Sedan

Cars/Jeeps/Vans of 1200 CC or higher capacity engine of at least two vehicles of any type for 8-24 hours

daily operation for minimum six months continuous period, during the last seven years.

2.0 The bidder should have executed similar work during the preceding seven years from the date of

techno-commercial bid opening :

i) One similar order valuing not less than Rs.41.64 Lacs

ii) Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 26.03 Lacs

iii) Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs.20.82 Lacs

3.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the

date of Techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs.26.03 Lacs

a. The word "executed" mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified

above, even if the total contract is started earlier and /or is not completed /closed.

b. In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-

commercial proposal As certified by the client shall be considered.

c. While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

d. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year not available certification of financial

statement from a Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such

action.
