5.0QualifyingRequirements:Thebiddersarerequiredtofulfilthefollowing:

e bidder should be amanufacturer or subsidiary of manufacturer of switches for

computernetworks.

Thebiddershouldbepartner/dealer/reseller/systemintegratorofaboveandshouldbe

authorizedbymanufacturer/subsidiaryforthistender.

5.1.1Thebiddershouldhaveexecutedanyoneofthefollowingwo

rkwhichincludessupplyof

NetworkEquipment(Switchorrouter)inIndiaduringthelastseven(7)yearsendingwiththe

lastdateofthemonthprecedingthemonthofpublicationofNITineitherofthefollowing:

a) SingleorderofvaluenotlessthanRs.91.83Lakh.

Or

b) Twoorder

sofvaluenotlessthanRs.57.39Lakheach.

Or

c) Th

5.1.2Theword"executed"meansthebiddersshouldhaveachievedthecriterionspecifiedin

the above QR, even if the total co ntract is  not completed/closed.However, the supply of

Network Equipment (Switch or router) must be included in the wo

rk executed as per the

clientcertificate.

5.1.3IncasethebidderisnotanOEMoftheproducebeingoffered,bidderhastosubmitthe

authorization letters from the respective OEMs. The OEM authorization letter shall indicate

thewillingnessof OEMtosupplytheeq

uipmentandprovidetechnicalsupporttothebidder

thatmayberequiredduringinstallation,commissioningandwarranty/AMCperiodtoNTPC.

5.2Financialcriteria:

TheaverageannualturnoveroftheBidder,intheprecedingthree(3)financialyearsasonthe

last dateof the monthpreceding the monthof publication ofNIT shall notbe less thanRs.

114.78 Lakh[RupeesOneHundredFourteenLakhandSeventyEightThousandOnly].

5.2.1Whilecomputingtheannualturnover,otherincomeshallnotbeconsidered.

5.2.

2. In case where audited results for the last financial year as on date of techno

commercial bid opening are not available, the financial re sults certified by a practicing

charteredaccountantshallbeacceptable.Incase,bidderisnotabletosubmitcertificatefrom

practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, th

e audited results of

three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the

CEO/CF O as per the format enclosed in the bidding doc uments stating that the financial

resultsofthecompanyareunderauditasondat

eoftechnocommercialbidopeningandthe

certificate from the practicing chartered account certifying the financial parameters is not

available.



6.0TheBiddershallhavetosubmitthefollowingdocumentsinsupportofmeetingtheQR

alongwiththeirbid:

6.1ThebiddertosubmitdocumentaryevidenceinsupportofClause5.1ofQR.6.2Copiesof

audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the preceding

three(3)financialyearsinsupportofClause5.2ofQR.

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the

capabilities and capacity of the Bidder/ his collaborators/ associates/subsidiaries/group

companiestoperformthecontract,shouldthecircumstanceswarrantsuchassessmentin

theoverallinterestoftheEmployer.

The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to the assessment of the

office/facilities/banker’s/referenceworksbyEmployer.Anegativedeterminationofsuch

assessmentofcapacityandcapabilitiesmayresultintherejectionoftheBid.

 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly

through NTPC e‐procurement portal, https://e-procurentpc.nic.in. For logging on to the etender

Site, the bidder would require user id and and Password which can be created at our

etender and inform the same to concerned package co‐ordinator. First time users not allotted

any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document
