QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT
1. BMC of Turbine & Aux., PP-2 (2018-20),NSPCL-BHILAI.
1. The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on
the date of Techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 34.76 lakhs.
2. The bidder should have experience of successfully completing the similar works within
preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening, should be either of the
following:
a) Three Orders having a value not less than Rs. 13.90 lakhs each.
OR
b) Two orders having a value not less than Rs 17.38 lakhs each.
OR
c) One similar Order having a value not less than Rs. 27.80lakhs.
Note:
Similar works means:- Maintenance of BFP, CEP and other Turbine Aux. of thermal power
plant with unit capacity 30MW and more.
Completing works means:- The executed/completed portion of BOQ, even if the work has
not been completed in totality (subject to furnishing of documentary proof of executed
value of the work).
Values as per Cl-2 shall be considered inclusive of GST/ Service Tax.
While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.
In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,
certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be
considered acceptable.
NIT Conditions
1. Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request (cost of tender document to
be made by a crossed demand draft / pay order / banker's cheque in favour of NTPC
SAIL POWER COMPANY LIMITED payable at Bhilai) for issue of bid documents without
prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall
not mean that bidders are considered qualified. Tender document fee will not be refunded.
Request for tender documents received after the last date as mentioned above due to delays
postal/courier services shall not be entertained.
2. Complete set of bidding documents are also available on NTPC website
www.ntpctender.com prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids
after tendering the cost of bidding documents directly on the website.
3. NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder
shall have any claim arising out of such action.
4. Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and
the site conditions.
5. Small-scale industries registered with NSIC/MSME shall be exempted for payment of EMD &
Tender Fee.
(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity, monetary limit,
etc.)
6. If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the
date will be shifted to the next working day.
