FOR

Supply, Installation & AMC of 08 Precision Air Conditioning System (Capacity 17TR or

higher) for ERP Data Centre at NTPC-Noida.

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of

work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope

separately offline/online by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the

address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if

applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be

opened.

4.0 The bidding document is available online. A complete set of Bidding Documents may

be downloaded by any interested Bidder from the NTPC tender website

https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

The Bidder would be required to register in the website. First time users are required

to register themselves on NTPC tender website after filling up the required details.

Users whose email address has not been linked to a vendor code allotted by NTPC/

first time users not allotted any vendor code by NTPC, should send a copy of the

registration details to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address for

Communication with following details at least three working days prior to Technical

Opening Date:

i. Request on the letter head of the Company

ii. Copy of GST Registration,

iii. Copy of PAN no.,

iv. email ID and Contact No.

v. Name and Designation of the contact person

vi. Cancelled cheque & E.F.T form duly verified by bank

Note: Format of E.F.T (Electronic Fund Transfer) is attached along with bidding

documents

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The Bidder's scope of work includes supply, installation, commissioning, CMS,

Buyback, transportation, transit insurance, receipt, unloading, handling, storage at

site, lifting and movement of the system to the installation location, quality check of

the Precision Air Conditioners for the Data Centre of NTPC Ltd. located at Room No.

213, R&D Building, NOIDA (U.P.).

The Bidder shall be responsible for dismantling of the existing PACs, Installation of

New PACs and providing all material, equipment and spares as covered in technical

specifications.

6.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

6.1 The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Precision Air

Conditioner (PAC) or the bidder should be duly authorised by the OEM of PAC for this

tender and should quote only for their product.

6.2 The bidder should have executed at least one order which includes supply and

installation of Precision Air Conditioner(PAC) of capacity 17TR or above in India.

Note:

i. The word “executed” means that the bidder should have completed/executed the

supply and installation of Precision Air Conditioner(PAC) of capacity 17TR or above

even if total contract is not completed / closed.

ii. In case, the bidder is authorized by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of

Precision Air Conditioner (PAC), the work (supply and installation of Precision Air

Conditioner(PAC) of capacity 17TR or above in India) executed by the authorising OEM

shall also be considered acceptable.

6.3 The bidder should have executed work which include supply & Installation of Precision

Air Conditioner System during the last seven (07) years as on the date of Techno-

Commercial bid opening, having contract value of any one of the following

a. One work having value not less than ₹169.68 Lac (₹One crore sixty-nine lac and sixty-

eight thousand only)

b. Two works having value not less than 106.05 Lac (₹ One crore six lac and five thousand

only) each.

c. Three works having value not less than ₹ 84.84 ( ₹ Eighty four lac and eighty four

thousand only)each.

The word “executed” mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the

criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not

completed/closed. However, work executed should include the supply and installation

of PAC.

In case of contract under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid

opening as certified by Employer shall be considered.

6.4 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years

as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than ₹ 152.15

Lac ( ₹ One crore fifty two lac and fifteen thousand only).

NOTE:

2.1) While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.

2.2) In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available,

certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be

considered acceptable.

2.3) In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive

financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the

financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per

the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the

company are under audit as on the date of techno commercial bid opening and the

certificate from the practicing Chartered Account certifying the financial parameters is

not available.

7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is

considered qualified.

8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the

subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no

bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
