1.0 Interested Vendors are requested to submit their credentials for the work “Reconditioning of inside Stator
Assembly (ISA) of Boiler Feed Pump Type 200 KHI of TTPS” including work order copies, documentary proof
of execution, copy of PF registration, ESI Registration, PAN Card, turnover (Balance Sheet and P&L Account)
for the last three financial years. You may send the documents by hand or through speed post or courier to

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL QR:
1.0. The intent of this notification is for reconditioning of inside Stator Assembly (ISA) 110 MW unit Boiler feed
pump (200 KHI, BHEL make) at party’s works involving supply of material and precision of machining as per
OEM standards / drawings and assembly thereafter.
2.0. The bidder should have their own machine shop facility with lathe machine, milling machine, drilling machine,
surface grinding machine etc for the required precision machining activies to be carried out during
reconditioning of the BFP cartridge / ISA.
3.0. The bidder should have facility to carry out balancing of rotating assembly of BFP cartridge / ISA in and around
their work shop area.
4.0. The bidder should have facilities for complete dismantling and assembly of cartridge / ISA maintaining
designed clearances / interference as per OEM standards at their work.
A declaration certifying the above 4 points must be submitted by the agency applying for participation in
vendor enlistment process.
FINANCIAL CRITERIA.
(a) Average Annual Turnover : The average Annual Turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial
years i.e. (2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.12,49,334/- (Rupees
Twelve Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Four only).
Note : Other income shall not be considered while calculating the Average Annual Turnover.
(b) The vendor must have executed similar work order having value not less than the following :
Three Similar completed works of value Rs.5.00 Lacs minimum each. Or
Two Similar completed works of value Rs.6.25 Lacs minimum each Or
One Similar completed work of value Rs.10.0 minimum.
(c) Similar work : The bidder should have executed the recondition of BFP of Thermal Power Plant of capacity 60
MW and above in SEBs, NTPC Station, Other Govt. Sector, IPPS in the past Seven years.
