3.0 Qualifying Requirements:
1. The bidder should have executed any one of the following similar works in India in the
preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial bid:
i) Single order of value not less than Rs.22.04 Lakhs.
OR
ii) Two orders, each of value not less than Rs.13.78 Lakhs.
OR
iii) Three Orders, each of value not less than Rs.11.02 Lakhs.
Note:
1.1 “Similar Works” means any work which includes supply, installation and commissioning of
Network devices including Wi-Fi/ Wireless Access Points.
1.2 The Network items supplied installed and commissioned as per above order(s) must be in
successful operation for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the date of
opening of Techno-Commercial bid and the bidder shall furnish relevant documentary evidence
for the same.
2. Financial Criteria:
The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date
of Techno- Commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs.27,54,552/- (Rupees Twenty-Seven
Lakhs Fifty-Four Thousand Five-Hundred and Fifty-Two Only)
In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno Commercial bid
opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall
be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from the practicing
Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of the three (3)
consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the
financial parameters.
Note:
i. While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.
ii.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capability
and capacity of the bidder / his collaborator / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to
perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall
assessment in the interest of the Employer.
4.0 Brief scope of work:
The Scope of work for the package “Procurement of Wi-Fi Network Items for NTPC Khargone”
shall include Supply, installation and commissioning services of all Equipments supplied
including comprehensive warranty of Six year(s) from the date of successful installation, as
specified in technical and as per direction of Engineer In-Charge (EIC).
5.0 A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly
through NTPC e-procurement portal, https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

6.0 Tender documents are Non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender
documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original
bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.
7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered
qualified.
8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall
have any claim arising out of such action.
