Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station (SSTPS) is a coal based power plant of NTPC Limited (A

Govt. of India Enterprises). The total installed capacity is 2000 MW consisting of Stage I: 5X200 MW,

Stage II: 2X500 MW, SOLAR : 15 MW. The plant is located at a distance of 130 K.M. (approx.) from

Sonebhadra and 200 KM (approx.) from Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh State.

Applications are invited in prescribed forms from experienced and resourceful agencies / contractors to

get themselves enlisted for various categories and classes of works involving, construction, repair and

maintenance works pertaining to civil at NTPC Singrauli. The panel of enlisted agencies / contractors will

be used in future, for issuing Limited Tender Enquiries as and when required. The enlistment shall be

done for a period of two years. However NTPC reserves the right to review the enlisted vendors every

year and to delete the vendors based on the performance of the enlisted vendors and to add new vendors

as per the credentials available. However, issue of such enquiries to enlisted agencies / contractors or

otherwise, will be at the sole discretion of NTPC and same shall be binding on the enlisted agency.

Package-1 : Miscellaneous Civil works

For the purpose of vendor enlistment, work is divided into two categories i.e.

CATEGORY-A: Rs. 0-20 Lakhs and CATEGORY-B : Rs. above 20 - 50 Lakhs.

Agencies have to apply for each work separately. The vendors who get qualified for category-B works

shall also be treated as qualified for category-A works.

The brief details of works / services under consideration is Civil Works

1. Fees/ Charges: There will be no fee application for issuing the Application Form

2. Agencies intending to get enlisted are required to furnish the documents mentioned in

Annexure-D.

3. The Agencies, who are presently banned from business dealings by any of the NTPC units, shall

not be considered.

4. Enlistment application forms may be obtained by any interested agency / contractor / bidder on

submission of a written application mentioning the name of the work from the office of AGM

(CS), NTPC LTD, Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station.

6. Last date for the receipt/downloading of enlistment forms for which enlistment is sought, is

28.02.2018 upto 15:30 Hrs. The applications complete in all respect should reach AGM (CS),

Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station, NTPC Limited, PO: Shaktinagar, Dist. Sonebhadra -

505215, Uttar Pradesh State., on or before 09.03.2018 upto 17:00 Hrs by post or hand

delivered.

7. NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal delay, loss or non receipt of request for application

form / application sent through post.

8. Contractor / Agency can apply for more than one package / work. However, separate Application

Form shall be made for each work.

9. Based on the details furnished by intending agencies, NTPC will evaluate the capacity &

capability of the agency with respect to ORGANIZATION, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE,

FINANCIAL SOUNDNESS AND PAST EXPERIENCE to enlist agencies for any work.

NTPC’s decision shall be final in this regard.

10. NTPC, SINGRAULI IS PROCESSING ALL CONTRACTS THROUGH E-TENDERING.

HENCE ALL THE INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD HAVE FACILITY FOR THE

SAME.

ALL THE INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD FILL UP AND SUBMIT RELEVANT

Annexure No-I (New Vendors) OR Annexure No-II (Vendors already having vendor code in

NTPC).

12. NTPC reserves the right to verify authenticity of the information furnished to assess the capability

before enlistment of agency for any specific category, as well as to accept / reject the same

without assigning any reason thereof. No correspondence / queries will be entertained in this

regard.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

1. Those bidders who have already enlisted in category 'A' (0 to 20 Lac), may upgrade their

credential for enlistment purpose for category 'B' (20 to 50 Lacs).

2. Fresh bidders may also provide their credential for enlistment for category A, B or for both.

3. Those bidders who have already enlisted in category - 'B' (20 to 50 Lacs) are not required to

submit their credential.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

-The contractors who are already working and/or worked earlier at NTPC LTD Singrauli are also

required to apply according to the above procedure failing which their names will not be

considered.

-Separate applications forms should be submitted for enlistment against each PACKAGE (Work).

-Mere enlistment of a party / contractor do not confer any right to the contractor to be included in any

bidder list for a particular tender. Contractor / Service Providers who are desirous of enlistment should

also produce original work order and other documents in original as and when asked by NTPC for

verification. Failure to produce such documents may lead to summarily rejecting of their applications.

-After receipt of the information/ documents above NTPC would scrutinize and register the names of the

qualified parties as per the relevant work area. Decision of NTPC would be final and no further

correspondence will be entertained.

-Incomplete Applications or Application forms received without relevant supporting documents would be

summarily rejected and would not be considered. If space is inadequate in any column, separate sheets

should be used to give complete details, up to date information and support document copies.

-NTPC reserves the right to reject any application for enlistment without assigning any reasons

whatsoever.

-NTPC also reserves the right to issue enquiry to parties other than those who are enlisted in the process.

-All corrigenda, amendments, time extensions and clarifications for the NIT will be hosted on

www.ntpctender.com only. Bidders shall regularly visit the website to keep themselves updated.
