5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply of Supply and Transportation of Machine Crushed Stone Ballast at MGR Track (By Railway BOBYN rake)
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1. Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the last day of the month previous to the one
in which applications are invited should not be less than Rs. 145.6 Lacs.
2. The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for supply of Machine Crushed Stone Ballast for
Railway Track as per RDSO/ Indian Railway specification/ IS specification during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous
to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
i. Three orders of value not less than Rs. 58.24 lacs each.
OR
ii. Two orders of value not less than Rs. 72.8 lacs each.
OR
iii. Single order of value not less than Rs. 116.48 lacs each.
3. Bidder must be a supplier of Machine Crushed Stone Ballast for Railway Track.
Notes:
i. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not
completed/ closed.
ii. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
iii. In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening are not available, the
financial results certified by a practicing chartered accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the
Certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial
year preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be
required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the Financial results of the company are
under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practising Chartered Accountant certifying
the financial parameters is not available.
Important Note:
(i) The bidder should submit proof of meeting QR as detailed above alongwith the technical bid for evaluation.
(ii) Scanned copies of documents in support of each QR should be attatched in C-folder in seperate folders. Also, checklist for QR to
be filled & enclosed in C-folder.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
