Qualifying Requirement
QUALLYFYING REQUIREMENTS
1) The bidder must have their own facility for application of cladding/weld overlay/wear
resistant
coating for metallurgical bonding on Coal Nozzle Tips or should be in collaboration with
vendor
having similar facility for Coal Nozzle Tips.
2) The bidder should have successfully executed the works of “Manufacturing & Supply of
burner
tips of coal fired boilers” during last seven (07) years as on date of opening of Techno-
Commercial
proposal and having following contract valuea.
Single completed similar work of annual contract value not less than Rs. 118.04 lakh [Rupees
One Hundred Eighteen Lakh Four Thousand]
OR
b. Two completed similar works of annual contract value not less than Rs. 73.78 lakh
[Rupees
Seventy-Three Lakh Seventy-Eight Thousand] each.
OR
c. Three completed similar works of annual contract value not less than Rs. 59.02 lakh [
Rupees
Fifty-nine lakh Two Thousand ] each
NOTES:-
a) For order in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on the date of techno-commercial bid
opening shall be used.
b) Similar job mean means “Metallurgical bonding technology conforma cladding/Weld
Overlay/Wear Resistant Lining/Coating” on any product for use in high temperature
application.
3) The average annual turn over of the bidder in the preceding three(3) financial years as on
the date
of Techno Commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 147.55 lakh [Rupees One
Hundred
Fourty-seven Lakh Fifty-five Thousand]
NOTES:-
01) The work executed means the bidder should have achived the criterion specified in the
QR, if the
total contract is started earlier and/or not completed/closed and should have completed
manufacturing
& supply of burner tips of coal fired boilers as in para 2.0 above.
02) In case of contracts under execution as on date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, the
value of
work executed till the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening will be considered provided the
value
of the executed work is certified by the client as completed. However the executed work
should
include Manufacturing and supply of burner tips of coal fired boilers.
03) While computing the annual turn over, other income shall not be considered.
04) In cases where audited for the last financial year as on date of Techno-Commercial bid
opening are
not available, the financial results certified Chartered Accountant shall be considered
acceptable. In
case bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant
certifying the
financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the
last
financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a
Certificate would
be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding document stating
that the
financial results of the company are under audit as on date of the Techno-Commercial bid
opening and
the certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is
not
available.
