EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR RENTING OUT / LEASING OUT SPACE AT RANCHI TO NTPC LTD.
NTPC, A Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, Under the Ministry of Power, GOI is seeking Expression of interest
from parties willing to rent out their premises at Ranchi, for setting up of its office and Guest Houses. The
requirement is as under:
1. Approximate space requirement of 12000 to 15000 sq.ft. area which can be converted to office
accommodation and approximate 10000 sq.ft. area which can be converted to Guest House
accommodation.
2. The owner should have clear title of the property and should be without encumbrances / litigation.
3. The Building should comply with all statutory requirements / clearances from the appropriate authorities.
4. The building should be suitably located at a convenient location within the at Municipal limits of Ranchi
with good road connectivity and easy access to Airport/ Railway station.
5. There should be parking space available for minimum 12 vehicles.
6. The building should have proper fire-fighting system and other related safety arrangements.
7. The aesthetic look, location, and associated facilities available with the space offered will be given due
consideration while finalizing the property.
8. The owner should be willing to enter into a long term agreement (Minimum 5 years) with NTPC for renting
out / leasing the property.
9. Buildings likely to be completed in the next 2-3 months also can be considered.
Interested parties are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, in the enclosed format, along with copies of
all documents, like drawings, permissions and clearances, ownership documents, certificate of incorporation in case
the owner is a company, and all other relevant documents. EOI may be submitted to:
