3.0 Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately by the stipulated bid

submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable

Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on

payment (non refundable) of the cost of the bidding documents as mentioned above in the form

of a crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favor of NTPC Limited, payable at New

Delhi/Noida or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/).

In order to be able to download the bidding documents the prospective bidders shall be

required to compulsorily register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime

process.

For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and

password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as

well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor

code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close

date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user

id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work and other Specific details:

Empanelment of casual Photographers & Videographers for NTPC-Corporate Communication

Department, SCOPE Complex, New Delhi on Rate Contract basis for a period of 03 years. The

job includes coverage of various functions/events taking place in and around New Delhi for

still & video in HD format as per requirement, providing CD/DVD of all pictures and basic

edited video and also maintain record of coverages. Hard disk may be purchased by

photographers hove to be archived safely so as to facilitate easy retrieval and the same have to

be handed over to CC Dept. as and when required. NTPC intends to enlist multiple agencies up

to 06 (six) for parallel rate contract to meet their tentative future requirement.

6.0 Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1 The bidder should have minimum 5 years work experience, in preceding seven (07) years as on

the date of techno-commercial bid opening, of successfully handling casual photography and

videography assignment in India, out of which at least 3 years work experience shall be for

PSUs/ Public Ltd., Cos./ Govt./ Autonomous Bodies.

7.2 The bidder should have 02 nos. full frame HD Digital SLR cameras and 01 no. full HD Video

camera.

7.3 The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the

date of Techno-Commercial bid opening shall not be at less than ₹3,00,000.00 (Rupees Three

Lakhs only).

Note:

• While computing the turnover other income shall not be considered.

• In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno

commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing

Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to

submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial

parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last

financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further a

certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the

bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as

on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing

Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Notice Inviting

Tender [NIT] for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such

case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
