6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of
bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
1. The Bidder should be a manufacturer or authorized dealer of a manufacturer of Split AC and should have supplied
#1.5 ton or higher capacity# Split AC in India during the last seven (07) years ending with the last date of the month
preceding the month of publication of NIT in either of the following:
a) Single order of value not less than Rs. 47.90 Lakh. [ Rupees fourty seven Lakh ninety thousand]
OR
b) Two orders of value not less than Rs. 29.93 Lakh [ Rupees twenty nine Lakh ninety three thousand]
each.
OR
c) Three orders of value not less than Rs. 23.95 Lakh. [ Rupees twenty three Lakh ninety five thousand]
each.
The work/ order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the above QR, even if
the total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as on last date of the month preceding the
month of publication of NIT, the value of the executed till such date will
be considered provided the same is certified by the employer.
Note: Manufacturer shall submit only one bid directly or through their specifically authorized dealer.
2. Financial Criteria :
The average annual turn over of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the last date of the month
preceding the month of publication of NIT shall not be less than Rs. 59.87 lakh [Rupees fifty nine Lakh eighty seven
thousand only].
(i) While computing the annual turn over, other income shall not be considered.
(ii) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not
available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case,
Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameter, the
audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the
financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the
bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on the date of techno-commercial
bid opening and the certificate from the practicing chartered accountant certifying the financial
parameters is not available.
3. The bidder shall have to submit the following documents in support of meeting the QR along with their bid:
3.1 The bidder to submit documentary evidence in support of Clause-1.0 of QR.
3.2 Copies of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the preceding three (3) financial years in support of
Clause -2 of QR.

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to undertake a physical assessment of capabilities
and capacity including financial capability and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborator(s)/associate(s)/subsidiary(ies)/group
company(ies) to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the
Employer.
