3.0 Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately by the stipulated bid

submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable

Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on

payment (non refundable) of the cost of the bidding documents as mentioned above in the form

of a crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favor of NTPC Limited, payable at New

Delhi/Noida or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/).

In order to be able to download the bidding documents the prospective bidders shall be

required to compulsorily register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime

process.

For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and

password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as

well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor

code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close

date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user

id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work and other Specific details:

Hiring of 01 No. TATA Indigo/Dzire Vehicle for use of Medical Cell for a period of 02 years.

The contractor shall provide 1 no. Tata Indigo / Dzire Car Model 2017 for the use of Medical

Cell for a period of two years with fuel, driver, maintenance etc.

The vehicle should comply strictly with the provision of pollution control in line with the

decision of Supreme Court from time to time and should also comply with statutory regulation

issued from time to time in this regard.

The car shall be deployed for each day for 12 hours under normal working conditions i.e. from

8.00am to 8.00pm including all Saturday, Sunday and other Govt. Holiday. In case deployment

is more than 12 hours, additional charges for extra duty shall be paid. In case of out-

station/local duty, overnight stay charges shall be paid extra, if stay is after 12.00 PM

midnight.

Area of operation normally is in an around Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad,

Dadri, Murad Nagar/ Gurgaon etc. occasionally travel beyond these places may also be

required.

The contractor shall provided well-behaved driver with mobile phone having knowledge of

different routes as well as repair of car and valid driving license. The reporting time, place,

address etc. should be strictly followed by Contractor.

The vehicle provided by the Contractor must be in excellent conditions and must have proper

and complete documents and complete with fuel, stereo and white seat covers, border tax etc.

6.0 Prospective Bidders from U.P State are compulsorily required to provide GST number at the

time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1 The bidder should have at least 03 years of experience during last seven years as on techno-

commercial bid opening date in providing taxies on hire basis to Govt./Public Sector/Private

Sector companies institutions.

7.2 The years of manufacturing of vehicle should not be older than year-2017.

7.3 TATA Indigo/Maruti Dzire vehicle should be registered in NCR in the name of bidding

proprietor/company/partner/firm.

7.4 The average annual turnover of bidder in the preceding (3) three years as on date of (bid

opening shall be not less than Rs.6,29,600.00 (Six Lacs Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred

Only.)

Note:

 While computing the turnover other income shall not be considered.

 In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno commercial

bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered

Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate

from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of

three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters. Further a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO

as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the

company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate

from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

8.0 Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Notice Inviting

Tender [NIT] for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such

case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
