Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by

the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an

acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the

employer and shall not be opened.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-

refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee

demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., payable at UCO/UBI/SBI TTPS branch or directly through the

payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For

logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which

can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site

(www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at

least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for

issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of

purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS:

SUBJECT : RELOCATION / CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (04) NOS. COMMUNITY HALL AND FACILITY ROOMS AT TTPS TOWNSHIP AREA.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

1.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :

The scope of work Relocation / Construction of four(04) nos. community Hall and facility rooms at TTPS

Township area.

ESTIMATED VALUE

Rs.55.20 Lac.

3.0

DURATION OF CONTRACT

12 (TWELVE) MONTHS.

4.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : -

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following

Qualifying requirements.

(I) TECHNICAL QR :-

i) The bidder should have executed works comprising of RCC framed residential / non-residential buildings.

ii) The bidder must have successfully executed similar work orders having value not less than the following

during last year (07) years reckoned as on the date of original bid opening with either of the following :-

a) Value of Rs.44.16 Lakhs in case of single order, or

b) Value of Rs.27.60 Lakhs each in case of two orders, or

c) Value of Rs.22.08 Lakhs each in case of three orders.

Note :- Similar work means residential / institutional buildings with RCC framed structure. Industry /

factory sheds will not be considered.

5.0 (II) FINANCIAL CRITERIA: -

AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER:

The Average Annual Turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of

original bid opening, shall not be less than INR 55.20 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Five Lakh Twenty Thousand only)

6.0 NOTES:-

(A) The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the QR, specified at para 4.0 even if total

contract by the agency is not completed. In case of order under execution, the value of work executed (i.e.

Installed & commissioned) on the date of original bid opening shall be considered (Documentary evidence

from the client is to be submitted).

(B) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 5.0.

also be considered acceptable for last preceding financial year only.

(D) In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its

financial parameters for last preceding finance year, the audited results of three consecutive financial years

preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a

certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents

stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of bid opening and the

Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

(E) NTPC also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the invitation for bids without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising

out of such action.

6.0 Additional Information :-

The following information’s is also required from the bidders about the companies where similar orders have

been executed.

1) Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.

2) Year of execution.

3) Name & Designation (Phone No., Fax No., Email ID) of contact person of the customer.

7.0 Tender documents shall be sent Online only to those vendors who deposit the tender fee at least 7 days before

the tender document sale closing day to enable the contracts department to send the bid documents in the

email id of the agency in time. The agencies who are not registered with NTPC Ltd as vendors and have not been

issued vendor codes are to apply for vendor code along with the following details like PAN card, address,

telephone & mobile No. Fax No, email id, company registration documents etc. For depositing of the tender

online, a valid Class III digital signature of the authorized person of the agency is a prerequisite. The agencies

having NTPC vendor code must apply at least two days before the last date of document sale.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have

any claim arising out of such action.
