Note:Theword"executed"meansthebiddersshouldhaveachievedtheprogressspecifiedin

5.2Financialcriteria:

5.2.1.TheaverageannualturnoveroftheBidderintheprecedingthree(3)financialyearsason

dateofbidopeningshallnotbelessthanRs.241.73.



5.2.2.Incasewhereauditedresultsforthelastfinancialyearasondateoftechnocommercialbid

openingarenotavailable,thefinancialresultscertifiedbyapracticingcharteredaccountantshallbe

considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit certificate from practicing chartered

accountantcertifyingitsfinancialparameters,theauditedresultsofthreeconsecutivefinancialyears

precedingthelastfinancialyearshallbeconsideredforevaluatingthefinancialparameters.Further

a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per

e format enclosed in the bidding

documentsstatingthatthefinancialresultsofthecompanyareunderauditason dateoftechno

commercialbidopeningandthecertificatefromthepracticingcharteredaccountantcertifyingthe

financialparametersisnotavailable.

5.2.3. Whilecomputingtheannualturnover,otherincomeshallnotbeconsidered.

otwithstandinganythingstatedabove,theEmployerreservestherighttoundertakeaphysical

assessmentofcapacity&capabilitiesincludingfinancialcapacity&capabilityofthebidder/his

collaborator(s)/associate(s)/subsidiary(ies)/group company(ies) to perform the contract,

shouldthecircumstanceswarrantsuch

assessmentintheoverallinterestoftheemployer.

The physical assessment shall include but not be li

mited to the assessment of the

office/facilities/banker’s/reference works by employer. A negative determination of such

assessmentofcapacityandcapabilitiesmayresultinrejectionofbid.
