NTPC invites online bids on SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE BASIS (i.e. Cover-I: Tender

Fee,EMD & Techno- Commercial Bis and Cover-II: Price Bid) from eligible bidders for aforesaid

package.

The estimated cost for the package is INR 48.64 Lakhs

Bid documents shall be downloaded from 15.12.2017 to 03.01.2018.

Bids shall be received up to 1530 HRS (IST) on 03.01.2018. Techno-Commercial bid (Envelope- I/

Cover type fee & Cover type Technical) shall be opened on the 05.01.2018 at 1600 HRS (IST).

Date for opening of Price Bid (Envelope-II/Cover type Price) shall be intimated separately after

opening of Techno-Commercial Bid (Envelope-I/ Cover type fee & Cover type Tec

hnical).

3.0 As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, “Techno-

Commercial Proposal” in Cover type Technical and “Price Proposal” in Cover Type Price,

within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on e-tendering portal

://eprocurentpc.nic.in. Only Techno-Commercial proposals will be opened on

05.01.2018 at 16.00 hrs (IST).

4.0 The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC

after completion of evaluation of Techno-Commercial Proposal.

5. Qualifying Requirements :

5.1 The Bidder should have executed the work of Site levelling or Embankment Construction

or Ash Dyke Construction or Raising of Ash Dyke or Filling of Low Lying Land or earthen

Dam Construction using mechanical Equipment as per the following during the preceding

seven (7) years from date of Techno-commercial bid opening.

a) One order of value not less than ₹ 43.23 Lakhs

b)Two orders of value not less than ₹ 27.02 Lakhs each

c)Three orders of value not less than ₹. 21.61 Lakhs each

Note:

The above work(s) should include transportation of ash (pond ash)/soil/earth/ore/sand

etc.by road.

ii)Word”Executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the QR,

even if the total contract is not completed/closed.In case of contracts under execution as on

date of Commercial Bid opening,the value of work executed till such date wll be considered

provided the same is certified by the employer.

5.2 Financial Criteria:

5.2.1 Average annual turnover of the bidders in the preceding three(3) financial years as on

date of Techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than ₹ 54.04 lakhs.

5.2.2 In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno

commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing

chartered accountant shall be acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate

from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results

of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the

CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial

results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening

and the Certificate from the practising Chartered Accountant certifying the financial

parameters is not available.

Note:Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

6.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder

and cost of the documents (non-refundable) as mentioned above may be paid in the

form of a crossed account payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at

Raipur (C.G.) and same may be submitted along with the Offline bid (Physical bid)

(as per clause 17 of ITB). For logging on to the etender Site, the bidder would require

user id and and Password which can be created at our etender and inform the same

to concerned package co-ordinator. First time users not allotted any vendor code are

required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close

date alongwith duly filled in questionnaire and required document like PAN Card,

Address proof and GST registration etc for issue of vendor code.

Note: No hard copy of Bidding Documents shall be issued

Earnest Money Deposit. SSI units registered with District Industries

are also entitled for exemption of EMD / Tender Cost. Such parties can sent

failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible fo
