3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated

bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if

applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of

the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New

Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For

logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by

submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly

filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Supply, installation, commissioning of Pre-fabricated Containerized Biogas plant ( 1000 Kg segregated feed capacity per day)

including suitable accessories with 1 month of Operations at NTPC Vindhyachal & Dadri.

a. The process of converting organic waste to biogas in digester starts with crushing of the waste through a crusher to adequate size

of 2-3 mm.

b. The hot water is also supplied in order to make slurry.

c. The slurry is taken into the buffer tank.

d. This slurry is pumped from the suction manifold to the discharge manifold, and then

to the pre-digester tanks, namely feed preparation tanks

e. These Pre Digester tanks have retention time of one day that allows Homogenous mixing of slurry.

f. The slurry from pre digester tank, then overflows into the Main digester.

g. The main digester has the appropriate technical arrangement to allow mixing of slurry and temperature (to maintain required

mesophilic conditions) during the retention time of approx 25-28 days.

The biogas is produced which is stored in storage tank.

The biogas is used for cooking in kitchen & byproduct i.e. manure is used as soil improviser in garden.

Training for (i) use of the features & capabilities of the supplied Biogas plant

(ii) General operation and maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment and accessories.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding

documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The bidder should be a manufacturer of Pre-fabricated containerized Biogas plant (1000 Kgs/day)

An authorized dealer / distributor / channel partner / subsidiary of the manufacturer [as defined at Para 1.0] as on date of opening of

Techno -Commercial proposal and such bidder should be duly authorized by the OEM for this tender.

2.0 The bidder and/or their manufacturer should have successfully executed any one of the following similar jobs during preceding

Seven years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening.

a) Single order of min Rs. 41.94 Lac (Rs. Forty One Lac Ninety Four Thousand)

b) Two orders of min Rs. 26.21 Lac (Rs. Twenty Six Lac Twenty One Thousand) each

c) Three orders of min Rs. 20.97 Lac (Rs. Twenty Lac Ninety Seven Thousand) each

NOTES:-

a) Similar jobs means Supply, installation, commissioning of minimum 01 No. of Pre-fabricated containerized Biogas plant.

3.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid

opening shall not be less than Rs. 52.42 Lac (Rs. Fifty Two Lac Forty Two Thousand).

NOTES :-

01) The work executed means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the QR, even if the total contract is started

earlier and/or not completed/closed and should have supplied and commissioned at least one number of #Pre-fabricated containerized

Biogas plant # as in 2.0 above.

02) In case of contracts under execution as on date of Techno # Commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till the date of

Techno # Commercial bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by the client as completed.

However, the executed work should include Supply, installation, commissioning of Pre-fabricated containerized Biogas plant.

03) While computing the annual turnover, other income will shall not be considered.

04 In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on date of Techno # commercial bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the

Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive

financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters provided CFO certifies that

the accounts are under preparation for the last financial year.

05) In case the agent on behalf of their manufacturer submits bid and order is to place on manufacturer, the turnover of the

manufacturer can also be considered.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any

reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
