NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

Supply, Erection, & Commissioning of Instrument Air Compressor & Respective Air Drying Plant

(Domestic Competitive Bidding)

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Instrument Air Compressor & Respective Air Drying Plant

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The executed orders of supply, erection, and commissioning of screw/reciprocating compressors including/excluding dryers and associated electrical and instrumentation system should be of the following minimum values :

1.0One order valuing not less than Rs. 433.64 Lacs

OR

2.0Two orders valuing not less than Rs. 271.03 Lacs each

OR

3.0Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 216.82 Lacs each

The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years as on techno-commercial bid opening date shall not be less than Rs.542.05 Lacs.

Note:

a.Techno-commercial bid opening date refers to the First scheduled technical bid opening date.

c.In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the last day of the month previous to the NIT

publication as certified by the client shall be considered.

d.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

f.Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN).

g.The bidder should have GST Registration Number.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
