3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated

bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if

applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of

the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at

VISAKHAPATNAM or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code

and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC

tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working

days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF IP B ASED CCTV SYSTEM FOR COAL HANDLING

PLANT OF STAGE#1 FOR NTPC-SIMHADRI.

NOTE: PLEASE QUOTE BASIC RATE ONLY.

GST EXTRA AS APPLICABLE.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding

documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 Technical Criteria

1.1 The bidder should be a Manufacturer of IP based CCTV Cameras or authorized system Integration Partner of the Manufacturer of

CCTV Cameras for the CCTV Surveillance system integration.

1.2 The bidder should have successfully executed similar package wherein # the offered combination of camera and video

management software, for IP based CCTV system, consisting of at least 30 Numbers of cameras connected to single VMS server shall

have at least one year#s satisfactory operation prior to the date of Techno-commercial bid opening in a large commercial or office

building or Institutions or industrial set up#.

1.3 Bidder should have successfully executed similar works, with Contract values as detailed below, during the last seven (7) years

as on date of technical bid opening:

Single order of value not less than Rs. 150.420 Lakhs.

Two orders of value not less than Rs. 94.01 Lakhs each.

Three orders of value not less than Rs. 75.21 Lakhs each.

2.0 Financial Criteria:

A. The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than

Rs 188 lakhs. (Rupees One hundred and eighty eight lakhs only)

3.0 Notes:

a) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the

Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial

year#s preceeding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be

required from the CEO/CFO/Proprietor/Partner that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of

Techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not

available

b) For the purpose of arriving at the executed value of work specified at 1.3 above, basic amount only shall be considered. In case of a

contract inclusive of Taxes, agency has to provide the break-up of basic and tax.

c) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

d) The value of the work completed in the preceding seven (7) years reckoned as on date of techno commercial bid opening, even if it

has been started earlier, will also be considered for establishing the qualifying requirements.

e) The word #executed# means; bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in above QR even if the total contract is not

completed / closed.

f) The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and GST registration number and the relevant

documents shall be submitted along with bid proposal.

g) The bidder should submit the documentary proofs for establishing the QR requirements at 1.0 and 2.0 above.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any

reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
