7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

FINANCIAL CRITERIA :

Turn

over: The

average annual

turnover

of the bidder in the preceding three

(3) completed financial years shall not be

less

than

Rs.21

TECHNICAL CRITERIA :

The

bidder must have executed

/ completed similar works during the last seven (7) years ending last day of month

previous to the date of NIT having minimum order values as indicated below :

a)One

order of

value not less

than Rs.17

lakh.

OR

b)Two

orders, each of value

not

less than

Rs.11 lakh.

OR

c)Three orders, each of value not less than Rs.9 lakh

Similar Work means: Rewinding works of HT motors of 6.6 KV and higher

rating.

NOTES

:

contract/ order is not completed / closed. In case of contract/ order under execution as on last

date of the month

proceeding the month of publication of NIT, the value of work/ order executed till such date will be considered.

2.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

3.In cases

where audited

results

of

the

last

financial year as on the date of techno commercial

bid opening

are

not

available,

the

financial

results

certified

by

a practicing chartered accountant shall be considered

acceptable.

In case,

Bidder is

not

able to submit the

certificate

from practicing charted accountant certifying its financial parameters,

the

possible, the award

shall be made as

follows:

a)Award shall be given to L-1 bidder if L1 bidder is a MSE.

b)In case L1 bidder is not a MSE,

then all the MSE vendor(s) who have

quoted

within the range

of

L1

15%,

shall

be

given

the opportunity in order of

their ranking (starting with the lowest

quoted

MSE bidder and

so

on)

to

bring

down

its

price

to match with L1 bidder. Award for full quantity shall be placed on the MSE vendor who

matches its

price

with L1

bidder at the price quoted by L1 bidder.
